Right of withdrawal
EU consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. German-speaking users know this as Widerruf.
01. Your right
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded. This page is Neurako’s pre-contract information on that right. German law refers to it as Widerruf.
02. How to withdraw
To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example a letter or email). You may also use the model form below. Paid purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play; use that store’s refund or withdrawal tools. We will acknowledge a notice sent to us on a durable medium (email).

03. Digital services and Wertersatz
Neurako Pro subscriptions are digital services. If you asked us to start the service during the withdrawal period, you may owe reasonable compensation (Wertersatz) for the service already provided. Completing the full service can end the right of withdrawal for that contract under the rules that apply to digital services. Token packs are treated the same way unless a specific purchase is classified otherwise at checkout.
04. App Store, Play, and web
Apple App Store and Google Play are the merchant of record for in-app purchases. Use the store’s refund or withdrawal tools for those contracts. Neurako cannot process Apple or Google refunds itself. Neurako does not currently sell subscriptions or token packs on the web.
